Customers must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering a binding agreement, and permitted to receive the products ordered. Customers are responsible for following applicable laws and checking whether products may be imported into their destination.

Orders and Product Information

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse, limit, or cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment verification concerns, or other necessary reasons. Additional verification may be requested. Cancelled orders will not be charged or will receive an appropriate refund.

Estimated delivery is generally 30 days or less but may vary. Products may not include manufacturer warranties, technical support, manuals in every language, or compliance with local standards. Customers should check product suitability and import eligibility.

Customs duties, VAT, tariffs, and other government charges are the customer's responsibility unless included at checkout.
